Client’s payment shall be settled by cash, credit cards or travellers cheques. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply, it is the Bank Transfer Fee as the bank rule. In cases the credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be settled by swift or telegraphic transfer to Mrs PHAM THI THUY HA Bank Account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to appropriate for PHAM THI THUY HA Bank Account must be paid by the Client/Agent.

RESERVATION :

1. Reservation can be made by Tour Operator and Travel Agent by email or by fax to VNviptour’s Head Office in Hanoi, Vietnam. Reservation must be made minimum 30 days prior to departure of package tours and other travel services as well.

2. VNviptour Travel will confirm the tour booking by email or fax stating the specifications which are to be fulfilled relevant requirements of the participant, meanwhile, any failure in the fulfillment of the requirements. Tour participant must be required to reconfirm his/ her reservation on the final arrangement which is considered a contract between two parties.

3. All travel information will be provided with compliments.

BOOKING PROCEDURE: Booking will be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit only

1. VNviptour Travel requires 30% advance deposit to hold the booking.

2. Balance of 70% must reach VNviptour Travel upon your arrival day.

TOUR PRICE :

1. All tour prices for land arrangement are in US dollars and guaranteed by the validity of contract between VNviptour Travel and tour participant. Unforeseen changes of price will be noticed to tour participant before one month.

2. Tour prices include: transfer and transportation fee by air-conditioned coaches (04-45 seats), hotel accommodations (from standard to deluxe room), meals (with one of Vietnamese, Chinese, European, Japanese menus), entrance fee, local guides (and other special expenses required by tour participant), international and domestic flights( if requested by tour participant) stated in writing between VNviptour Travel and tour participant.

3. Tour prices exclude: entry-visa into Vietnam, international and domestic airport taxes, international and domestic flights, travel insurance, tip, optional visits, other meals, (these extra expenses will be payable by tour participant before leaving the hotel or restaurant ), personal expenses such as drinks, laundry, long - distance call, porter-age, excess luggage, luggage insurance, entrance fee for camera, etc.

CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION FEES :

1. Notification of cancellation made by tour participant in writing: e-mail or fax, and must be received by VNviptour Travel . Any cancellation made by telephone is not accepted.

2. For package tours:

Before 30 days - 20% of the total tour / service cost

From 20 days to 15 days - 30% of the total tour / service cost

From 15 days to 07 days - 40% of the total tour / service cost

From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) - 70% of the total tour / service cost

From 48 hours to arrival or no show - no refund

2.1 No refund will be made to tour participant who breaks the journey from the itinerary.

2.2 Cancellation charges also apply to additional reservation of accommodations prior to and after the tour.

3. For other travel services :

Before 30 days - 20% of the total tour / service cost

From 20 days to 15 days - 30% of the total tour / service cost

From 15 days to 07 days - 40% of the total tour / service cost

From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) - 70% of the total tour / service cost

From 48 hours to arrival or no show - no refund

3.1. No refund will be made to tour participant who breaks the journey from the itinerary.

3.2. Cancellation charges are also applied to additional reservation of accommodations prior to and after the tour.

4. If the tour program is cancelled or charged because of force-majeure (fire, accidents, catastrophe, war, etc) VNviptour Travel shall have no liability for refund on damages occurred. However, VNviptour Travel will use its best efforts to helf tour participant decrease their damages.

(DISABILITY REQUIRING) SPECIAL ATTENTION :

1. Any disability requiring special attention should be noticed to VNviptour Travel at the time the reservation is made. VNviptour Travel will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participant, but it is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent suppliers.

2. Motor-coach company and other carrier employees and representatives may not physically lift participants or assist them on or off transportation vehicles. Tour participant requiring such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion or a person hired by VNviptour Travel at the tour participant’s request.

YOUNG TOUR PARTICIPANTS :

1. Tour participant who are less than 18 years old on the tour departure date must be accompanied by adult.

2. Children aged 12 or over will be classed as adult.

3. Children from 2 to 12 years old are subject to receive a 10 % discount on the land tour price.

4. There is no charge for children under 02 years old if their parents take care of them. And no seat, bed and baby food are provided.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS :

In case visas are required, VNviptour Travel would be delighted to help you organise the visas. Please note, however, that VNviptour Travel cannot be held responsible for information on visa regulations, or in case visas are not obtained or accepted by local authorities. It is the tour members’ responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, where necessary.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER :

VNviptour Travel shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. Vnviptour acts only in the capacity of agent for its travelers in making arrangements for transportation, hotels, and other services that are incidental to the travel that is being purchased. As agent for the travelers, We make the following disclaimers: It does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay due to any act of any carrier, hotel, restaurant, company or person rending any of the services included in the tour. It does not assume any liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay caused by strikes, civil disturbances, hostilities, acts of war or other force majeure. Further, it accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to machinery, breakdown, quarantine, accidents, weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond its control. It accepts no responsibility for any omission, delay, re-touring, additional expenses, or other events resulting from improper health certificates, or necessary documents to enter or depart a country, or acts of any government authority. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour. It reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or to substitute hotels or to cancel a tour prior to departure.

CLAIMS :

As the Headquarters of VNviptour Travel is based in Vietnam, all disputes, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services.
